With all the new evolutions that have been introduced since... well, since the second generation actually, I'm surprised there's still no pegasus Pokémon. Most obvious choise is Rapidash turning into an alicorn, but Zebstrika turning into a pegasus would be an option too. 
Either way it would be better than half of the new evolutions that have been introduced since the second generation, in my very humble opinion.
I used watercolors and ink to make this.
